Although a single massage will be beneficial, the effects of massage are cumulative and a course of massage treatments will bring the most benefits. 

Each therapeutic massage session is tailored to the individual needs of the client and may incorporate many modalities into a single session. The techniques utilized in a session may include: Classic Western (Swedish) Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Acupressure and Reflexology.

Cancellation Policy

If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in a charge of $50. Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment will result in a no-show charge equal to the price of the scheduled service.
