Therapeutic massage makes an important contribution to overall physical and mental well-being. It has been shown to relieve pain, enhance energy, increase flexibility, and help to integrate mind, body, form and function.

Each therapeutic massage is tailored to the needs of the individual and may incorporate many modalities into a single session.

Scheduling Appointments

Sessions are scheduled by appointment. Day, evening and weekend appointments are available. You have a choice of a 45-minute, 60-minute or 90-minute session.  We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards (Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover); unless prepaid, payment is expected at the time of service. To schedule an appointment please click here.

Cancellation Policy

If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in a charge of $50. Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment will result in a no-show charge equal to the price of the scheduled service.

What To Expect

At your first session the therapist will ask you about your objective for receiving massage, your overall level of physical and emotional stress, life style and the areas where you hold your tension. You will complete a brief medical history.

At our office, the massage will take place in a room designed to be peaceful and comfortable. The massage therapist will play music designed to help you to relax. The therapist will leave the room to allow you to undress and to get onto the specially designed, padded and heated massage table. You will be covered by a sheet and blanket and the therapist will undrape only the body part being worked on.

Your comfort and ability to relax are of paramount importance to your personal enjoyment and the efficacy of the therapy.

Office Visits

Our beautiful, relaxing healing space is conveniently located on Oakland Road in South Windsor, just a few minutes from I-84 and I-291, near the town center.

Once you arrive, you will be able to relax in our private waiting area where you can begin to unwind in preparation for your appointment.  Each private treatment room is a tranquil oasis furnished with a heated padded table for your comfort, and filled with soothing, ambient music during your session.
